Do you offer Returns?

In the unlikely event you wish to return your item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Return postage is payable by the customer. Please return your item in the original packaging if possible. Your item must be returned in the same condition as you received it, If your item is retuned damaged in anyway then this will be deducted from your refund value. We cannot process a refund until your item is returned to us, we strongly advise that you return your item via a tracked service and keep your receipt in case of any issues. 

 

We regret that we can't offer refunds on Personalised, custom and bespoke orders, unless they arrived damaged or faulty. Please contact us if your item arrives damaged or faulty, within 3 days of delivery.

 

In the unlikely event that your order does arrived damaged please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence, we can then either send out a replacement or issue a refund.

 

 

I have ordered a personalised item, how do I send you the details?

 

For all personalised items and any items that need a photo or map to be sent to us, there will be a Personalised box and a upload box for files at checkout.

 

 

 


 

My item arrived damaged

Please contact us within 3 days with photographic evidence, we can then issue a refund or a replacement.
