Delivery Problems
Orders are returned to us if the address provided was incorrect, incomplete or if a delivery note was left and the item was not called for by the recipient.
In this case, we will contact you via the email address left at the time of ordering. In order for us to resend the item, redelivery charges will apply, payable by the customer.
If you do not re-arrange delivery with us within 28 days of the notice, we will dispose of the product.
Lost Orders
Delivery dates are not guaranteed and can be affected by external factors and service levels in different regions.
Our standard delivery service is via Royal Mail and, unless Tracked Delivery has been selected, we are unable to provide any information on the whereabouts of your order in the shipping process.
An item shall be deemed as lost if Royal Mail hasn’t delivered by the due date plus 10 working days. Please contact us if your item has not arrived by this time
